LiteMarkdown · Lite Lake
An open-and-write Markdown editor
Open a file and write: headings, lists, tables, and code render as you type. Autosave works quietly in the background, a folder tree keeps every note at hand, and two built-in fonts plus light and dark themes make it feel right. Close it and move on — nothing left behind.

What it does
Five things, done plainly: write in place, never press save, keep a folder, pick a font, day or night.
What you type is what you see
A single pane renders as you write — headings, lists, tables, quotes, and code blocks appear styled in place. No preview split, no mode switching; the Markdown source stays the single source of truth.
Autosave, no save button
Every pause is a save: debounced writes while you type, a flush when the window loses focus, atomic writes that never leave a half-written file. No save dialog, ever.
Folder tree workspace
Open a whole folder as your workspace: create, rename, and move notes in the tree, watch external changes land live, and reopen tabs exactly where you left them.
Two built-in fonts
Source Han Sans and LXGW WenKai ship inside the app — switch the editor font in one click. Both are embedded, so they look the same offline, on any machine.
Lite Lake light and dark
The Lite Lake ink-scale theme comes in light and dark, follows your system by default and switches on demand — calm contrast for long writing sessions at night.
Download
The current stable build comes straight from LiteArtifact, the Lite Lake release hub — nothing is re-hosted on this site. Verify the file with SHA-256 before you run it.
